Baked Stuffed Tomatoes, Great with fresh, home grown tomatoes!, I really liked this recipe The directions were great and it was very quick and easy to put together It tastes very nice , I served it with a pasta dish I think that next time I make this I will add a few sauted mushrooms for a vegetarian dish or ground meat to moisten it up a little Made for ZWT7, These are fresh, delicious and so nice to look at! These took about 5 minutes to prepare and we all really liked the fresh garlic used Italian breadcrumbs and a light Swiss cheese So good!!! in a Saucepan, Heat Oil, Parsley, Scallions, Garlic, and Breadcrumbs. |
