Directions
Baked Tuna Balls, This is a different but wonderful appetizer , I only got 24 balls I sectioned it off into quarters and then cut each quarter into six cubes Then, I rounded it off a bit That size seemed about right to me It went really fast and my 9 year old helped me roll them, then I dipped into butter I did need a second can of tuna to make it work and a little more breadcrumbs I am figuring people will eat 3-4 of these in my size (If you left me alone with them, I would eat more) YUM!, Hmmmm, I must have done something wrong I had to use 2 cans of tuna to make enough pieces and it was very mushy– hard to make into balls to roll in the corn flakes The tast was ok, but don’t think I’ll make them again I guess I just don’t have that tuna touch 🙁
