Baked Ziti Recipe Inspired by The Sopranos Family Cookbook

Features:
    Cuisine:

There is so much incomplete information and instruction. Especially in regards to the linked Sunday gravy. The ziti recipe calls for 4 cups of gravy but the gravy recipe yields about one cup of well reduced thick paste. I resolved this with the pasta water. It says to put all the mozzarella in between the layers but the photo shows some on top. In general it seems to be transposed poorly. It is a tremendous 4 hour effort but the finished product is spectacular. Im going to try to find a more complete version. I guess I could buy the book.
