I love sheet pan, one pot recipes because they make for super easy clean up. More sheet pan chicken recipes I love to make are Baked Chicken Thighs with Brussels Sprouts and Sweet Potato, Turmeric Roasted Chicken and Sweet Potatoes, and Baked Apple Cider Chicken and Cabbage.,Adapted from my friend Julia of Julias Healthy Italian. Shes a mom of four small kids, with a full time career and an amazing cook. I shared this a few years ago, but since Ive made some minor changes to the original recipe.,This is the perfect weeknight dish, with quick easy prep. If you want to add a grain to the side, quinoa would be great. For easy clean up you can line the tins with foil. You can also double the recipe and cook ahead of time to add as a meal prep recipe.
