Balsamic Roasted Yams, I just found this recipe in a cooking magazine and can’t wait to try it!, Has anyone prepared this a day ahead? Does it reheat well, or can I prep ahead of time, and leave in the sauce overnight, then cook TG day?, It was awesome Truly suprised at how it turned out Very nice to have non holiday way to enjoy yams Awesome find used Splenda brown sugar, Himalayan pink salt refresh ground, and fresh ground peppercorn melange I recommend this to everyone We will be making it again little tough on the nose when doing the basamic vinegar and spend a brown sugar
