Balsamic Tuna,,Sorry, but I wasn`t really a fan of this dish. To me, it was just ok. The sauce tasted just as it sounds – nothing really special. I think the dish needed a sauce with more depth.,What a wonderful and fast dinner this turned out to be. used salt and Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute on tuna (and SO glad I did as the onion flakes in the seasoning were amazing in the end product). used some aged balsamic and fresh squeezed organic orange juice. Loved it and will certainly make it again. Served with a side of green peas which went well with the sauce too. Thanks so much for posting!

Sprinkle the Tuna With the Salt and Pepper. |

Heat the Oil in a Large Nonstick Skillet Set Over Medium High. |

Add the Tuna and Cook 2 Minutes on Each Side, or Until Cooked Almost to Desired Degree of Doneness. |

After Removing the Tuna from the Pan, Add the Vinegar and Orange Juice and Cook, Stirring, Until the Liquid Begins to Turn to a Syrup. |

to Test, Drag a Spoon Through the Liquid Along the Center of the Pan; the Path of the Spoon Will not Fill in Quickly as the Liquid Becomes Syrupy. |
