    Banana Applesauce Bread, I developed this recipe because I love homemade banana bread but wanted a recipe that didn’t include oil or butter This recipe allows me to enjoy the flavor without all the fat , use this recipe every time I have overripe bananas! It is incredibly moist, given that there is no oil or butter in the recipe!, This was just perfect! So moist and yummy I made as directed, but added some cinnamon for our liking This is one that will go in my pile of recipes to keep 🙂

    Grease and Flour 4 Mini Loaf Pans. Preheat Oven to 350f (175c).

    in One Bowl, Whisk Together Flour, Soda, Salt, and Sugar. Mix in Slightly Beaten Eggs, Applesauce, and Mashed Bananas. Pour Into Prepared Pans.

    Bake at 350f (175c) For 40 Minutes, or Until a Wooden Toothpick Inserted in the Center Comes Out Clean.
