    Meh...... ?? I was trying a new recipe and came to this one. Its ok. I did tweak it, but I could imagine if I didnt it wouldve been super bland. I added cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, vanilla and banana flavoring. I think I will return to my tried and true formula. Not enough banana ?? flavor, but I think ?? it will be awesome ???? sliced, thin layer buttered, sugared and put in a skillet with non stick spray and caramelize it. Add some caramel drizzle or whipped cream and sliced fruit ?? ?? Thank you.

(Make sure to use bananas with a lot of black on them for the best flavor! The blacker the bananas, the stronger the banana flavor of the bread.),Meh…… ?? Thank you.,The best version that I have ever made has included a 1 teaspoon of vanilla, replaced brown sugar with 1/4 cup coconut sugar, 1/2 cup maple syrup (formerly known as grade B), and folded in 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips. I sprinkle coconut sugar or brown sugar on top then bake. Rather than go by the given time, I wait until the internal temperature is 200 degrees. Anything less and you will have a mushy center.

    Lightly Grease 9 X 5 Loaf Pan.

    in Large Bowl, Combine Flour, Soda and Salt.

    Stir in Eggs and Mashed Bananas Until Well Blended.

    Stir Banana Mixture Into Flour Mixture; Stir Just to Moisten.

    Pour Batter Into Prepared Loaf Pan.

    Bake in Preheated Oven For 60-65 Minutes Until a Toothpick Inserted Into Center of Loaf Comes Out Clean.

    Let Bread Cool in Pan For 10 Minutes, Then Turn Out Onto a Wire Rack.
