Banana Barley Bread, A simple banana bread – no nuts, chocolate chips or other additions It tastes like the banana bread from Alligator Pear, a sandwich shop in Calgary , P S Since I don’t have any Barley Flour, would it be ok to use my Barley Flakes that I could blend into a flour?, I wonder if it would be alright to use 1/3 Splenda and 1/3 Stevia? Any other sugar substitutes? My husband is diabetic
