Banana Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting,A very tasty banana cake. The recipe comes from the New York Times.,I was given a piece of this recipe to try & it was the best, most moist, & creamy cake I ever had. My taste buds were Riverdancing. I do believe I’m kinda partial to the Baker’s amazing skills. He is the best cook ever & coukd feed me anuything…even bananas! :-),I cooked this cake for me employees and they all said it was too doughy.

Lightly Grease and Flour a 13x9-Inch Baking Pan, Shake Out Excess Flour. |

Place Cake Mix, Brown Sugar and Cinnamon in a Large Mixing Bowl. |

Add Mashed Bananas, One Cup of Water, Oil, Eggs and If Desired, Liqueur. |
