Banana Carrot Muffins,These muffins are INCREDIBLE. What a great way to get fruits AND veggies. My seven year old is in love–and the dog ran off with a pan full, too!,I cut the recipe in half and I got twelve perfectly sized muffins and topped half of them with chopped walnuts…so good!,When everyone was making banana bread during the start of the pandemic, they should’ve been making these muffins instead! They are SO good! This just might be my new favorite way to make banana muffins!
