    Banana Chip Muffins,These are wonderful little muffins. I always have to have one just out of the oven warm. These are so good.,Great muffins! used 1/2 cup regular chocolate chips, no other changes. Texture was perfect, moist and tender inside, and muffins were perfectly domed. Will make again. Thanks for sharing the recipe!,These were just OK for us. I followed the recipe as written other then I cut back on the chocolate chips to 1/2 cup. These were good out of the oven but they really dried out after cooling. No one liked them but me.

    Beat Eggs, Oil and Sugar in a Bowl Until Smooth.

    Stir in Bananas.

    Combine Dry Ingredients and Stir Into the Banana Mixture, Just Until Moistened.

    Stir in Chocolate Chips.

    Fill Greased Muffin Cups (or Use Cupcake Paper Liners) 3/4 Full.

    Bake at 375f.

    For 18 to 20 Minutes or Until Muffins Test Done.
