Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. Line 2 Standard (6 Cup) Muffin Tins With Paper Liners; Set Aside. |

Combine the Sugar, Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Cinnamon and Salt in a Bowl. |
