Banana Chocolate Chip Loaf,This is a wonderful sweet loaf and a great way to use up those brown mushy bananas. From Canadian Living. Can be frozen for up to 2 weeks,Good quick and easy recipe – also added a cap full of dark rum & chopped walnuts.,Love love love this recipie! I found this recipie about 2 weeks ago because I had a couple over-ripe bananas I wanted to use up, and I have now made 5 loaves in the past 2 weeks it’s so good! I added a bit of vanilla to the recipe, and also added walnuts and/or made them with salted caramel chipits instead of normal chocolate chips. This recipie is super moist and comes out perfect every single time!

in Large Bowl, Whisk Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Salt ; Add Chocolate Chips. |

Bake in Centre of Oven at 350f For 50 to 60 Minutes or Until Cake Tester Inserted in Centre Comes Out Clean. |
