Banana Chocolate-Chip Muffins,,I regularly make my husband’s all-time favourite decadent chocolate muffins. When I asked him recently if he wanted some more of his “favourite” muffins he replied “of course”. Then he went on to clarify by saying “those gorgeous banana and blueberry muffins you made last week”. Now that is quite an accolade for these delicious muffins. (I substituted blueberries for the chocolate chips). Needless to say, they are now made weekly and frozen for hubby to take to work. When defrosted they are as delicious as they are straight from the oven. Highly recommend this recipe which is now a firm family favourite. Just wish I got to eat more of them!,I’ve been using this recipe for years, they’re my 12 year old’s favorite muffins! Easy and delicious!
