    Banana Coconut Muffins,,Very tasty and easy to make. My colleagues loved them and I got recipe requests.,Very delicious and would have been even better if I didn’t leave them in the oven for too long! I doubled the batch and made 6 jumbo and 12 regular sized muffins. I actually ran out of milk so used coconut milk. They turned out great! Thanks RecipeNut! 🙂
