Directions
Banana Coffee Cake,This cake is so yummy and easy to make! Perfect with a nice hot cuppa! I originally found this in Quick Cooking Magazine.,Wonderful recipe. I cut it in half because I only had two bananas. I added some cinnamon to the batter and used brown sugar and more cinnamon for the filling. I also used walnuts and drizzled a bit of cream cheese glaze over the top.,I made this and it was wonderful. I did 1/2 the recipe and used walnuts. I drizzled low sugar creme cheese frosting (glaze) over the top. Has anyone ever used a bundt pan?
