Banana Coffeewalnut Cake

    This was a very nice cake to be using those over ripe bananas. Unsure as to just what size baking dish, I went with a well greased bundt pan which worked well for me. We would have preferred it without the cinnamon as we really enjoy the simple taste of the bananas ... and that is how I will make it next time. And there will be a next time! Thank you for sharing.
