Banana Coffeewalnut Cake,Enjoy this excellent cake by Sanjeev Kapoor that makes good use of bananas that are on the verge of being over-ripe. This is from the Young Times magazine:),This was a very nice cake to be using those over ripe bananas. Unsure as to just what size baking dish, I went with a well greased bundt pan which worked well for me. We would have preferred it without the cinnamon as we really enjoy the simple taste of the bananas … and that is how I will make it next time. And there will be a next time! Thank you for sharing.,Hi Charishma, Lovely cake to have at tea time.Delicious. Rekha.
