Banana Milk,This is a fast, easy and healthy treat for the whole family at breakfast or anytime of day. My family will ask for Banana Milk over a milkshake every time! I got the basics for this recipe from “Bride & Groom First and Forever Cookbook” that we received as a wedding gift but have made slight modifications. We use pure maple syrup and I think that’s what makes it sooooo good but the obvious alternative would be any maple flavoured syrup. I hope you & yours enjoy it as much as we do!,Made half the recipe and it was a lot! used cinnamon instead of nutmeg and it was very tasty! Super easy to make. use a frozen banana and 3/4 of the milk to make it more milkshakey.,Yum! I’ve never liked milk so I’m always looking for ways to disguise it and make it more tolerable just to get more calcium in my diet. This totaly did the trick. I followed the recipe as written and wouldn’t change a thing. Loved the maple flavor. Thanks for posting your recipe!
