    Very good! Easy recipe and would be a good one for beginners. Be sure to mash bananas well because you only stir the batter to moisten. I added pecans. Don't cut back on sugar! I will continue to use this when I have overripe bananas.

    Banana Muffins,A wonderful breakfast muffin (or snack!) that is worth waking up for!,Very good! Easy recipe and would be a good one for beginners. Be sure to mash bananas well because you only stir the batter to moisten. I added pecans. Don’t cut back on sugar! I will continue to use this when I have overripe bananas.,I’m not a baker … at all, but these were super easy. I didn’t have a muffin pan so used a glass baking dish and cooked it for 30 minutes. DH said they were good – not great – but, good. I personally thought they were wonderful. Not real sweet. Perfect breakfast food.

    in Large Bowl, Combine All Ingredients, Stirring Until Just Moistened.

    Pour Batter Into Muffin Cups, Then Bake at 375 Degrees For 10-12 Minutes, or Until Done.
