Banana Passionfruit Smoothie (21 Day Wonder Diet: Day 16),This is Day 16: Breakfast, on the 21 Day Wonder Diet. This is a delicious smoothie, and one of my favourite breakfasts on this diet! You can use a different flavoured yogurt if you prefer, but I think the passionfruit is perfect in it. This breakfast is to be followed by a mid-morning snack of 1 lebanese cucumber, cut into sticks and served with 1 tablespoon of low-fat cottage cheese.
