Banana Sour Cream Waffles,Easy banana homemade waffles made richer with the additon of sour cream. Cook time depends on your waffle iron.,These were very tasty waffles. They had a nice banana-y taste. My DH loved them. Will be making these again soon. Thanks for posting.,These were good, but nearly banana-y enough for our taste. I had 2 over-ripe bananas to use. I probably should have just used both bananas for a single batch. Instead, I doubled the recipe. The waffles were really good – light, fluffy, crisp, even though I omitted butter. I did add a few choc chips, so that was a nice addition. (For those who said the waffles were too soft, be sure your waffle iron is HOT, and spray with cooking spray between batches. That can make all the difference.)
