Banana Zucchini Muffins,This is my healthy twist on recipe #39997, originally posted by JellyBeans. I hoped with a little tweaking here and there I could make it even healthier than it already was. I really enjoy these after they cool.,Read the reviews before I made these, added 2tbsp of mini choc chips and a butter brown sugar, oat and cinnamon topping. My zucchini haters inhaled them. MAde 18 mini muffins cooking time around 18 mins,These are moist, hearty muffins. This recipe is a keeper!
