Bananas Foster French Toast Casserole, A Banana’s Foster bottom layer adds a tasty twist on the traditional favorite I make this the night before a bake the following morning I was able to plate the casserole banana side up This was my first time making this and my 8 year old son really enjoyed it He gave me a 10 , Took this to a family brunch and it received pretty good reviews, though mainly from the kids My DH did not enjoy it – I substituted rum flavouring and left out the banana liqueur to be more kid friendly – that may be why I personally don’t like to eat chocolate too early in the day, but I thought the flavours were good together I would make this again but as a dessert and include the rum and liqueur
