Barbecue Meatloaf – Delicious and Weight Watchers, This recipe comes from a 5 Ingredient 15 Minute Weight Watchers book from about six years ago. It is so easy and so yummy! It is my boyfriend’s absolute favorite. It serves four and has four points each., I made this last night. I was a bit skeptical because it seemed to easy. But it was DELICIOUS! Instead of frozen onions used a raw one and sauteed it before putting it in the mixture. It also took my oven longer than 40 minutes to cook., It was good! Thanks for sharing this recipe!
