    Barrel of Crackers Hash Browns Casserole – Copycat, Our family good-naturedly refers to the Cracker Barrel restaurant as Barrel of Crackers We love their hash brown casserole and this is the closest copycat recipe I’ve found for it , Not as flavorful with the canned chicken soups I’m afraid Chef# 1132015 apparently used to work there but has no recipe up for this dish , If you follow this recipe, you will have duplicated Cracker Barrel’s version to the hilt

    Best Tip: Use only freshly grated Colby Cheese No other cheese can be subsituted! PERIOD!
    Same with the Campbell’s soup

    Better Tip: The combination of the Colby cheese with Campbell’s Cream of Chicken soup is the KEY to duplicating Cracker Barrel’s dish
