1 celery rib, halved and sliced
2 tablespoons minced onions
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish (may sub diced sweet pickles)
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 - 2 teaspoon sweet pickle juice (optional)
1 dash pepper
1 hard-cooked egg, diced

    Mix Together Ham, Celery, Onion and Relish.

    Add Mayo, Pickle Juice and Pepper; Mix Well. If You Want More Mayo, Add It 1 T at a Time to the Desired Consistency.
