Directions
Basic No Tomato Beef Stew, This is a “basic” beef stew recipe. Please feel free to add your favorite herbs, spices and vegetables to make this recipe “your own”. Serve with crusty bread and a tossed green salad for a complete meal., This might just be my new go-to beef stew recipe! I never minded the tomato before, but I guess I didn’t realize how good it can be without it! This stew has such a nice subtle flavor. I love it!
