Basic Waffles,This is the recipe that came with my Cuisinart waffle maker. Tasty and light.,Halved the recipe, used gluten free flour, lactose free 2% milk, coconut sugar, and added chopped cooked bacon and cheddar cheese (a lunch waffle!). Used 1/4 C. of batter per waffle. So easy and very delicious (tender on inside and crispy on outside). I have some dietary restrictions, hence the substitutes, and didn’t feel deprived in the least. Thanks!
