    Combine the Rice, Salt, Butter and the Water in a Pot.

    Cover With a Tight Fitting Lid, Turn Heat to Very Low and Cook For 20 Minutes.

    Lift the Lid, Mix Gently but Quickly With a Fork and Cover Again.
