Batter-Dipped Fondue Meatballs

Features:
    Cuisine:

This didn't quite come out as good as I'd hoped. The meatball recipe was good and the batter recipe was good, they just didn't work well together. The batter kept falling off into the fondue pot. Ended up just cooking the meatballs and using the batter as a tempura to coat veggies. Will probably make both again, but separately.
