Bean ‘n Cheese Stuffed Wrappers, These go over well as an appetizer or part of a meal They are a cousin to a burrito Sometimes use Spring Roll Wrappers this make them much lighter and I prefer it I usually bake them instead of frying them, Thanks again, Bergy, for a real crowd pleaser All your recipes have been spot on for me! This one is fantastic I did bake them instead of frying and used cooking spray instead of oil They were devoured in minutes by DH and DD who appeared to never have eaten before in their lives Each one of them had five each! I did add 1 T of adobo seasoning and served these with picante and sour cream Delicious!, Thanks again, Bergy, for a real crowd pleaser All your recipes have been spot on for me!
