I follow the instructions to the letter I’ve baked this recipe twice Having issues So, in the center of the cake is a dip In other words it does not dome up, it domes in about 2 inches in diameter Outward, the top is a bit crusty This creates a prob when trying to slice it I am horrible at slicing cake I bake a lot of cakes (kids birthdays) Help that any of you can offer is much appreciated

Preheat Oven to 350f. |

Grease With Butter or Margarine, Two 8" Round Cake Pans. Line With Parchment Paper, Then Grease With Butter or Margarine the Parchment Paper and Flour the Pans. |

Sift the Flour, Sugar, Cocoa, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, and Salt Into the Bowl of an Electric Mixer Fitted With a Paddle Attachment and Mix on Low Speed Until Combined. |

in Another Bowl, Combine the Buttermilk, Oil, Eggs and Vanilla. |

With the Mixer on Low Speed, Slowly Add the Wet Ingredients to the Dry. |
