    This was simple, and delicious! I made a half batch, using dried thyme, marjoram and savory; but fresh parsley. The finished spread was soft and creamy, just like the whipped cream cheese you can get in tubs, even though I started with a block of cream cheese. Next time I would increase the amount of seasonings; while we really enjoyed it we would have liked the flavor to be a bit more assertive. Thanks for posting a great recipe! Made for PAC Fall 2009
