    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.

    Brown Ground Beef and Minced Garlic. Add Tomato Sauce, Salt, Pepper, and Sugar to Beef Mixture and Simmer For 10 Minutes.

    in a Mixing Bowl, Combine Cream Cheese, Sour Cream and Onion, Mixing Well.

    in Prepared 3 Quart Casserole Dish, Layer 1/2 of Noodles, 1/2 Cheese Mixture, Then 1/2 Meat Mixture. Repeat the Layers. Spread Grated Cheese on Top of the Last Layer.
