Beef and Hominy, , This is a hearty comfort food! Excellent textures as well! I did add golden corn which added some more texture, color, and a sweet flavor that was a good complement to the spicy nature of the dish I also added beer and fresh organic lime to increase the water content by preference which added excellent flavor At the finish, I added a bit of cilantro on top and avocado on the side and it was the cherry on top! Thanks for the great recipe, loved it!

Saute the Meat, Celery, Garlic, and Onions in Oil Until Onions Are Slightly Soft. |
