Beef & Corn Noodle Casserole

Features:
    Cuisine:

I didn't exactly go by the recipe. I made this and if you like a little kick, you'd love mine!! I didn't use olives or butter. used olive oil instead. used a small onion, cooked it up before adding my 2 lbs of hamburger meat. used only a little less half of a 12 oz. bag of egg noodles, boiled it up while I'm cooking the meat. used garlic powder, Lawrys seasoned pepper and Slap Ya Momma seasoned salt and I generously put it in my hamburger meat, added a can of corn, a small can of tomato sauce and a can of mild Rotel (chili and tomatoes). Heated it up. When everything was done, I missed it in the casserole dish, added plenty of fine cheddar cheese on top and kept in the oven for about 20 minutes on 350. It was DELISH!!
