Directions
beef curry, this is a hearty meal that goes well with basmati rice. serve it with mango chutney,Very, very bad. This is probably because of the large amount of sugar.,I’m new to curries, both eating and cooking, but thought that a beef curry would pass muster with the mister. I had no idea what I was doing; sent myself into a coughing frenzy when I threw the seasonings into a very hot pan right under my nose. Thought I had burned all the seasoning, didn’t know if I was supposed to slice the beef thinly and, if so, when, was sure the yogurt would curdle and generally stumbled through the entire process. And guess what? IT WAS DELICIOUS! So, if I can do it, anybody can. Keep the hot seasoning away from your nose, slice the beef sometime before browning, and don’t worry about the yogurt. It’ll all be fine. Thank you, Chia. I had a lot of fun at the party.
