1 lb top round beef steak 3/4 inch thick
1 tablespoon flour
1 large oven cooking bag (20"x 14")
1 medium onion thinly sliced separated into rings
4 crusty rolls split
3/4 cup prepared chili sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 - 1 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Beef & Onions In Barbecue Sauce

    Delicious dinner! I made mine in the crock pot. Just put the beef and onions in there in the morning and later that afternoon, I poured off the excess liquid and shredded the meat. Then I added the sauce mixture and placed the crock pot on warm for an hour or so before dinner. Served them in pita pockets as the rolls I made for dinner were a failure :-(. I did add about 1/4 of the hot sauce as I was a big chicken about it being too hot. (You can always add more on your sandwich). Thanks for sharing!

    Cut Beef Steak Lengthwise in Half and Then Crosswise Into 1/4" Strips; Set Aside.
