Directions
Beef & Onions in Barbecue Sauce, This recipe came from the Pacific Daily News newspaper on Guam Sounds like comfort food to me and a great idea for all those football fans out there! A breeze to clean-up too!, Delicious dinner! I made mine in the crock pot Just put the beef and onions in there in the morning and later that afternoon, I poured off the excess liquid and shredded the meat Then I added the sauce mixture and placed the crock pot on warm for an hour or so before dinner Served them in pita pockets as the rolls I made for dinner were a failure 🙁 I did add about 1/4 of the hot sauce as I was a big chicken about it being too hot (You can always add more on your sandwich) Thanks for sharing!
