Directions
Beef or Chicken Fajitas, This recipe came from our church cookbook. I like this recipe because I can use either chicken or beef. I have tried both and I like the chicken the best. You can leave out the crushed red pepper which is what I do if you don’t like your food spicy., Used the ingredients as shown plus red, yellow and orange bell peppers. Made with chicken. Cooked on the grill using a grill pan. Slightly browned the veggies and chicken separately then combined to serve. Was very good. My older son absolutely loved them and told me I was the best mom ever. Have made it a few times now and always a hit., Used green, red, yellow and orange bell peppers and extra onion.

Combine the First 7 Ingredients to Make Marinade. |
