Beef Parmesan, This is my favorite recipe! I love making it and enjoy hearing people’s comments on how good it is., This turned out very well. I served it over pasta. My husband like to buy round steak b/c they are inexpensive. This is a good way to cook. They turned out fork tender. I ended up with not a lot of extra sauce to put on my pasta but it was still good.
