Beef Satays With Asian Dipping Sauce

Features:
    Cuisine:

Yummy satay with vinegar sauce. Used 1 beef rib eye steak and sliced thinly for 2 servings. The thinly sliced beef slices were marinated for couple hours in my own marinade before threading. It's the sauce that's a star here. Did not have green pepper and subbed asparagus. I cooked the skewers indoors using panini grill. Made for Asian forum's unrated Asian recipe tag.
