Directions
Beef Taquitos, Like tacos, only neater to eat In Mexico, they’re often deep-fried, but baking them works well too It’s easier and healthier, and the tortillas still turn golden brown and crispy around the edges Serve with salsa and sour cream , The meat filling with cheese was just right We will double the recipe, so there are plenty for left-overs next time Great use for leftover meat and quick to make, for unexpected company!, used a bit of flour and water to make a paste to glue them shut before baking Worked great!
