    Very tasty, super simple. I marinated the meat in the sauce for about an hour while I prepped some other things and it came out so tender and tasty! I omitted the salt because of the soy sauce (I think it would be way too salty if it was added.) I also deglazed the pan at the end with some beef stock, because otherwise I wouldn't have had any sauce. I will definitely make this again and am very much looking forward to leftovers for lunch.

    Cut Broccoli Spears, Then Split Into 2 or 4 Sections.

    Slice Stalk Into Thin Slices.

    Heat 3 Tblsp. Oil in Frying Pan Until Hot.

    Stir-Fry Broccoli 1 Minute; Add 2 Tblsp. Water; Cook 2 More Minutes; Remove from Pan; Set Aside.
