Beef With Broccoli, This is from the Diana Liu cookbook. It is an authentic Chinese recipe that is a little different than those already posted., Very tasty, super simple. I marinated the meat in the sauce for about an hour while I prepped some other things and it came out so tender and tasty! I omitted the salt because of the soy sauce (I think it would be way too salty if it was added.) I also deglazed the pan at the end with some beef stock, because otherwise I wouldn’t have had any sauce.
