Yatsobi Beef, Cabbage and Ramen Noodle Stir-Fry, This is excellent. A friend at work gave me the recipe and she got it off the internet. I made it tonight with a few minor changes and loved it. It makes a lot but reheats well., H e a l t h y bacon???????, Really different and tasty! I love the bacon and ground beef here- you don’t see those ingredients in sitr-frys often, but they work. I also like that the dish is mostly made up of meat and veggies and doesn’t have a lot of noodles. I left out the sprouts and added lots of hot sauce, and it was a hit. [Made & Reviewed for PRMR]
