Beer Bread (Bread Machine),Beth Hensperger,This bread is delicious! Followed the recipe as written, except I didn’t let the beer warm to room temperature. It turned out wonderfully! The texture of the bread was perfect and loved that it didn’t have that slight bitter taste that some beer breads have. Highly recommend this recipe. A keeper for sure!,This turns out perfectly delicious. Crusty brown on the outside and soft and awesome on the inside. It reminds me a little of Hawaiian bread but yummier. used a 2 lb loaf on medium setting, was perfect.
