Belgian Waffles Texas Style

Features:
    Cuisine:

Don't know what makes this Texas style, but they are certainly great. They are nice and thick and light and fluffy on the inside and brown and crisp on the outside. I did not find them difficult or use to many pans, and even if they did the end result makes them worth the effort. I made just as directed, which made a LOT, but froze the extras for another day. Served with raspberries and whip cream, a very special breakfast.
