Ben & Jerry’s Fresh Georgia Peach Ice Cream,The best way to capture the elusive flavour of summertime. Ben and Jerry prefer small peaches because they have more flavor and less water than the larger ones. Prep is 2hrs 15 mins which is almost all chill time. Freezing time is however long it takes for your ice cream maker to freeze it.,I made this recipe with fresh Campbell Missouri pictures turned out absolutely delicious thank you for letting me have the recipe I appreciate it so much,My first thought was to add fresh ginger to this recipe. Since we didnt have regular milk, we substituted almond milk. Blending the eggs and cream really, really well before freezing seems to make better ice cream texture. Otherwise, we followed the recipe. It turned out flavorful and ultra-smooth .. ginger-peachy perfection. We were really amazed! We like to double package the product, using a plastic container within a slightly larger plastic container, with lids, and allow it to freeze for 24 hours. The insulated packaging seems to protect the flavor, freeze more evenly and without icing.
