This recipe is very sticky but so tasty I made these as an appy for our Chinese dinner They were easy to make and by using the foil lined pan a breeze to clean up after too Thank you so much for sharing another favorite of ours , These were sticky but good used chicken legs as that is all I had on hand After 30 min of simmering I still had a lot of liquid so I took the cover off, turned the heat to med high and then it only took about 5-10 min to get that glaze I was looking for

Cut Wings Intp Three Pieces (save Tips For Making Stock). |

Heat Oil in Wok and Fry the Larger Joints on High Heat For 3-4 Minutes or Until Browned. |
